| 摘 要： | 目的调查消毒供应中心工勤人员手卫生依从性现状,并提出对策。方法用隐藏性现场观察法,观察工勤人员手卫生执行情况;考核工勤人员洗手方法及手采样做细菌培养。结果工勤人员工作现场应洗手189人次,实际执行洗手78人次,手卫生执行率41.27%,考核洗手合格率33.33%,手标本细菌培养合格率8.33%。结论消毒供应中心工勤人员手卫生依从性差,应加强培训,提高洗手率及洗手合格率。

Survey and strategies on present situation of hand hygiene compliance for logistic staff in central sterile supply department |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the present situation of hand hygiene compliance for logistic staff in sterile supply center and find out corresponding measures. Method Observe the hand hygiene implement of logistic staff by concealed site observation. Assess staffs＂ hand washing method and take hand samples to bacterial culture. Result 78 times of hand wash- ing is completed in site with the standard of 189 times. The implementation rate for logistic staff is 41.27%. Qualified rate of hand washing is 33.33%. Qualified rate of bacterial culture is 8. 33%. Conclusion Logistic staffs in sterile supply center have poor hand hygiene compliance. Training should be enhanced to improve their washing times and qualified rate of hand washing. |
