| 摘 要： | 目的观察二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美容修复的临床优势。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月门诊就诊患者100例,全部为符合适应症的成人前牙,随机分成2组。50例以镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复前牙,50例以二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙,随访1a,分别就修复体外形、颜色匹配、边缘适合性、牙龈状况、龈缘灰线等方面进行观察。结果 2组在修复体外形、边缘适合性方面无明显差异,在颜色匹配状况、龈缘灰线上差异极为显著。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中具有明显的临床优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical results of zirconia crown on the anterior tooth . Methods Choose between January 2010 and January 2013 , 100 cases of clinic patients , all indications as symbolic of adult anterior teeth , randomly divided into two groups . 50 cases with nickel chromium alloy PFM crown , 50 cases with zirconium all porcelain crown , respectively for clinical repair . Track 1 year , To observe the restoration shape , color matching and edge of suitability , gums , transparent grey line , etc .Results Two groups ,in the restoration shape and Edge of suitability no significant difference;In color matching and transparent grey line Extremely significant difference . Conclusion Porcelain veneered zirconia single crown contribute to the aesthetic effect of the anterior teeth . |
