家庭护理干预对精神分裂症照料者心理健康的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对精神分裂症照料者心理健康的影响。方法选择临床"痊愈"出院精神分裂症患者的照料者112人,按出院时间的先后顺序分观察组57人和对照组55人。对照组给予常规出院健康宣教和康复护理指导,观察组在对照组基础上,进行为期6个月的家庭护理干预。在出院时、出院6月末采用症状自评量表对两组照料者进行评定。结果出院时,两组照料者的症状自评量表各因子分及总均分比较,差异无统计学意义;出院6月未,观察组照料者的症状自评量表各因子分及总均分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论家庭护理干预能提高精神分裂症照料者的心理健康水平。

Effect of family nursing intervention on psychological health for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia

Objective To study the effect of family nursing intervention on psychological health for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia.Method Choose 112caregivers of＂cured＂patients with schizophrenia and divide them into observation group（n=57）and control group（n=55）according to discharge order.Caregivers of control group receive routine discharge health education and rehabilitation nursing care.Caregivers of observation group receive 6months＇ family nursing intervention based on routine education and nursing care.Assess caregivers in two groups by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）at discharge and 6month after discharge.Result Scores of all factors and the total average score of SCL-90for caregivers in observation group are lower than the scores of caregivers in control group obviously 6month after discharge.The difference is significant.There is no significant difference on comparison between scores of all factors and the total average score of SCL-90for caregivers in two groups at discharge.Conclusion Family nursing intervention can improve the psychological health level for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia.
