| 摘 要： | 目的制定手术室护士核心能力培养和评价的指标。方法参考《注册护士核心能力量表》,对27名不同层级护士采用访谈法了解手术室护士应该具备的核心能力,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对12名专家进行咨询,最后对专家的意见综合处理。结果得出手术室护士核心能力架构,包括应急与解决问题的能力、专科知识及操作技能、沟通协作能力与人际关系、教学科研能力、法律法规及相关专业知识、管理能力与自身基本能力6维度。结论手术室护士核心能力架构可为研制手术室护士核心能力量表提供依据和框架。

| Abstract: | Objective To formulate cultivation and evaluation indexes on core competence framework of nurses in operat- ing room. Method Study the core competence of nurses in operating room by interview to 27 different hierarchy nurses re- ferring to Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse. Consult 12 experts by Delphi method and conclude their suggestions. Result Core competence framework of nurses in operating room is formulated, including 6 dimensions of emergency and problem solving ability, professional knowledge and operating skill, communication skill and interpersonal relation, teaching and research capabilities, regulations and related knowledge, management ability and their basic ability. Conclusion Core competence framework of nurses in operating room can provide evidence for Core Competence Scale of nurses in operating room. |
