| 摘 要： | 目的 观察眼伤宁口服液治疗老年性白内障术后炎性反应的效疗。方法 １２０例接受白内障囊外摘出加人工晶状体植入术的患者根据手术时间随机分为眼伤宁治疗组（４０例）、消炎痛治疗组（４０例）对照组（４０例）。３组均用同样方法局部常规应用滴眼液。眼伤宁组患者视力提高，疗效优于消炎痛治疗组和未治疗组患者未用口服药。结果 眼伤宁治疗组患者视力提高，疗效优于消炎痛治疗组和未治疗组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。眼伤宁治疗组患者治
