解脲脲原体血清型别与宫内感染的关系

目的研究解脲脲原体（Ｕｕ）血清型别与宫内感染的相关性。方法采用生长代谢抑制试验对２８例胎膜早破（ＰＲＯＭ）、早产组６例，正常妊娠（对照组２０例）的宫颈分泌物、胎膜、脐带进行了Ｕｕ分离；并对分离的３９株Ｕｕ菌株进行１～１４型血清型别鉴定。结果早产组以４型占优势（６０％３／５），ＰＲＯＭ组以１型检出率最高（３３．３％７／２１）。早产组４型和１型的检出（５７．７％１５／２６）较对照组（２３．１％３／１３）差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；并证实从胎膜和脐带中检出的Ｕｕ菌株以４型和１型占主要优势（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论解脲脲原体４型和１型与早产和胎膜早破密切相关

Serotypes of ureaplasma urealyticum and intrauterine infection

Objective To evaluate the relationships between Ureaplasma urealyticum serotypes and intrauterine infection. Methods Serotypes of the U. urealyticum strains were detemined by a metabolic inhibition test. The serotypes of 39 U. urealyticum strains were obtained from the cervix, placenta membrane and umbilical cord in 28 PROM, 6 premature delivery patients (study group) and 20 nomal pregnant patients (control group). Results Serotype 4 was found in 60% of 5 patients with premature delivery, and serotype 1 in 33.3% of 21 patients with PROM. Serotypes 4 and 1 were isolated from 57.7% of the patients in the study group and from 23.1% of the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Serotypes 4 and 1 which were found more often in placenta membrane and umbilical cord than in the cervix (P<0.05). Conclusion U. uireatyticum serotypes 4 and 1 are closely associated with PROM and premature delivery.
