| 摘 要： | 临床上血清钾<35mmol/L以下,称低血钾症.但血清钾的浓度降低到何种程度才出现临床症状,国内资料报道尚少。作者筛选132例162例次肺心病并发低血钾症的病人,其中血清钾浓度29mmol/L以下45例次,其临床症状显著。由于失钾的原因,血清钾的浓度、失钾的速度不同,临床表现分为兴奋型和抑制型。血清钾浓度在29mmol/L以下45例次,伴有显著低钠、低钙、低氯。

| Abstract: | Clinically, serum potassium below S.Smmol/L is called low serum potassium symptom.There haven't been enough data in China as to what degree of the density of potassium can the clinical symptom appear. The author chose 132 eases of chronic pulmonary heart diseases complicated by low serum potassium symptoms and among them there are 45 cases whose potassium were below 2.9 mmol/L with obvious clinical symptoms. Because of the loss of potassium, consistancy of serum potassium and the different speed of losing, potassium, there were excitability and inhibition showed clinically. The 45 cases with serum potassium below 2.9mmo1/L were complicated with obvious low sodium, calcium and chloride. |
