改进不保留灌肠法治疗便秘的临床观察

目的 :研究最佳的 ,及时有效的治疗便秘的灌肠方式。方法 :对 16 0例需灌肠的便秘患者随机分为 4组 ,每组 4 0例 ,A组 :采用传统的大量浅插不保留灌肠法。B组 :采用改进的大量深插不保留灌肠法 ,小号灌肠筒与带有玻璃滴管的硅胶管相连 ,下接 2 0号肛管 ,插入肛门深度为 13～ 18cm ,保留灌肠时间为 15min左右。C组 :采用传统的小量浅插不保留灌肠法。D组 :采用改进的小量深插不保留灌肠法 :用注射器抽吸开塞露 10 0～ 12 0mL灌肠液后 ,连接 14号导尿管 ,插入肛门深度为 18～ 2 0cm ,抬高臀部 10cm ,注液时间为 15min左右。结果 :改进后的深插不保留灌肠法 (B、D组 )不适反应明显减少 ,灌肠效果明显提高 ,与对照组 (A、C组 )比较均P <0 0 1。结论 :改进后的灌肠法明显减少了不适反应 ,提高了通便疗效 ,尤以小量深插法为最佳。

Clinical Observation of Improved Unreserve Clyster in the Treatment of Constipation

Objective: To investigate the best clyster to cure constipation effectively and timely . Methods: 160 cases of constipation who need clysterizing were divided into four groups randomly(40 cases each group): group A:the method of traditional huge liquid insert shallowly unreserve clyster,group B:the method of improved huge liquid insert deeply unreserve clyster was used in small-size clyster barrel linked to silica gel tube with a glass dropper,and a code 20 anus tube inserted anus 13～18cm,reserved 15 min,group C:the method of traditional less liquid shallowly unreserve clyster was used,group D:the method of improved less liquid insert deeply unreserve slyster:used injector to draw enema liquid(Kai Sai Lu)100～120mL,linked to a code 14 catheterization vessel,inserted anus 18～20cm,reserved about 15 min,raised buttocks 10cm. Results: The uncomfortble response in improved methods groups(group B and group D) were less and the enema effect was better than that in traditional methods(group A and group C)( P <0.01). Conclusions: The methods of improved insert deeply unreserve clyster are better clyster.They have a significant decrease in uncomfortble response and a increase in enema effect. Improved less liquid insert deeply unreserve clyster is the best.
