癌症患者及女性配偶的心理健康状况调查分析与护理对策

目的 了解癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况并对所存在的问题采取护理对策.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对癌症患者及其配偶各362例进行心理健康调查;并抽查100名癌症患者随机分为两组,一组执行一般护理干预(即心理护理、健康教育),为一组在一般护理干预的基础上进行音乐干预.结果 癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况均较差,与国内常模比较,差异显著(P＜0.01);配偶的心理健康状况比患者本人更差,除抑郁、敌对(P＞0.05)外,其他因子差异显著(P＜0.01);音乐干预组与一般护理干预组比较,除躯体化、恐惧、精神病性(P＞0.05)外,其他因子差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况均较差,配偶的心理健康状况比患者本人更需要得到社会与医务人员的关注与支持;音乐护理干预提高心理健康水平优于一般护理干预.
