摘    要:目的:建立红毛五加皮中绿原酸的含量测定方法,并测定不同产地样品。方法:采用乙睛-0.3%磷酸二氢钠水溶液梯度洗脱系统;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长为324nm。结果:绿原酸的线性范围为0.270~2.163μg,平均加样回收率为102.13%,RSD小于2%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可为红毛五加皮的质量控制提供参考。

Abstract:Objectives: To determine chlorogenic acid in Cortex acanthopauacis Giraldii. And determine samples from different regions. Methods : A RP-HPLC method was used for the determination. A mobile phase program of gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0. 3 % sodium dihydrogen phosphate at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min was employed. The column temperature was 35℃. The detection wavelength was 324nm. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 270 -2. 163ug. The average recovery was 102. 13% and the RSD was under 2%. Conclusions: The method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility. It is useful for the quality control of Cortex aeanthopanacis Giraldii.
