| 摘 要： | 89SrCl2、153Sm-EDTMP、188Re-HEDP以及与它们相关的联合治疗方法对多发性骨转移瘤患者的姑息止痛效果为70%-90%以上,其疗效与病理类型密切相关;153Sm-EDTMP的骨髓抑制作用较89SrCl2严重,临床可首选188Re-HEDP或89SrCl2。

| Abstract: | The relief rate of bone pain in metastases was between 70% and more than 90% treated by 89SrC1_2,153Sm-EDTMP,188Re-HEDP,and combined with radio-pharmaceuticals.The treatment effect of them was mostly correlated with tumor's pathological type.The marrow depress effect of 153Sm-EDTMP was higher than that of 89SrC1_2.So,188Re-HEDP or 89SrC1_2 can be chosen primarily in treating bone metastasis. |
