小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变119例证候疗效观察

目的观察小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变(PLGC)临床疗效。方法将236例PLGC患者随机分为2组。治疗组119例予小归芍颗粒,每次1袋,饭前30 min服用,每日3次;对照组117例予胃复春片,每次4片,饭前30 min服用,每日3次。2组疗程均为3个月,观察证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.76%,对照组为71.79%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组脾胃湿热证、胃络瘀血证疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),肝胃不和证、脾胃虚弱证、胃阴不足证2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组对胃及两胁胀满、胃痛疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),对大便干燥疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),对嗳气疗效2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组对舌红、舌黯红有瘀斑、舌苔白腻和舌苔黄疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);对舌淡胖有齿痕疗效2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变疗效确切。

Clinical effect of granula of Xiaoguishao granula of traditional Chinese herbs on patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer

Objective To observe to clinical effect of granula of Xiaoguishao granula of traditional Chinese herbs on patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Methods 236 patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.119 patients in the treatment group were administrated Xiaoguishao granula according to different symptoms and signs 3 times a day,one pouch each time,30 min before meal.117 patients in the control group were given the tables of Wei fu-chun,3 times a day,4 tables each times,30 min before meal,for three months.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.7 6% and that in the control was 71.79%.There was a significant difference in manifestation curative effect between two groups(P<0.01).Treatment group was superior to that in the control group to damp-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome and stomach stagnant blood syndrome patients(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome type,deficiency of spleen and stomach type and stomach yin-deficiency type(P>0.05) between two groups.The curative effects of treatment group is higher than that in the control group to treat hypochondrial distending pain and stomachache(P<0.01).Effective rates of dry stool in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).To belching patients,we found no significant difference in curative rate between two groups(P>0.05).There were significant difference between two groups in curative effect of red tongue,dark-red tongue companying stagnant blood,white-greasy coating tongue and in yellow coating tongue(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between two groups to patients with pale-enlarged and teeth-marked tongue(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a definite effect of granula of Xiaoguishao of traditional Chinese herbs on patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.
