乳胶套在胰体尾切除术后合并胰瘘诊治中的应用

目的:评价一种新的引流方法在胰体尾切除术后合并胰瘘诊治中的应用价值。方法:在实施胰体尾切除后,将胰腺残端套入乳胶套(避孕套)内,使引流液引流至体外。胰腺手术后合并胰瘘病例中,使用乳胶套引流与传统引流管引流方法的诊治情况比较。应用t检验对各组临床数据进行统计学分析。结果:此法平均确诊胰瘘时间、平均胰瘘治愈时间低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:使用乳胶套代替普通引流管引流方法具有对胰瘘充分引流、早期诊断、治愈快等优点。

The Application of condom in the Diagnose and Treatment to combined Pancreatic Fistula after Distal Pancreatectomy

Objective: In an attempt to diagnose pancreatic fistula earlier and shorten the postoperative hospital stay after pancreatectomy with a new technique. Methods: From March 1995 to October 2002, the clinical data of 5 pancreatic fistula patients who underwent distal pancreatectomy with the new condom drainage were compared with the data of 7 pancreatic fistula cases who underwent pancreatectomy with traditional drainage. Results: The parameters of median diagnoses time and median length of postoperative hospital stay in the condom drainage were superior to them in traditional drainage. Conclusions: The results indicated that the condom drainage were associated with early diagnosis and prompt recover.
