| 摘 要： | 目的探讨烧伤继发耳软骨炎治疗方法中需要全面考虑的几个细节。方法通过对894例耳廓烧伤患者回顾性研究，重点针对13例化脓性耳软骨炎患者的治疗，总结归纳出烧伤继发耳软骨炎治疗中的几点应特别注意的细节。结果把握好治疗中的这几个细节使耳软骨炎的发病率明显降低，对耳廓的损害也明显减小。结论对几个细节的重点把握有效预防了耳软骨炎的发生，降低了耳软骨炎对耳廓的损害，对耳软骨炎的防治具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate some important details for manage of secondary ear chondritis of burn patients.Methods We retrospectively studied the treatment of 894 auricle burn patients,mostly investigated the treatment of 13 patients with suppurative ear chondritis,and summarized some very important details for therapy of secondary ear chondritis.Results Those details of treatment make the incidence of ear chondritis fall obviously,also the auricle damage.Conclusion Those details of treatment have very important ... |
