益气活血中药对老年冠心病患者血小板活化率的影响

目的观察益气活血中药对老年冠心病患者血小板活化率的影响。方法75例老年冠心病患者随机分为对照组（35例）及治疗组（40例），对照组予西药常规治疗，治疗组加服益气活血中药，观察2组治疗前后血小板膜P选择素（CD62p）和血小板活化糖蛋白GpⅡb／Ⅲa（PAC-1）表达率的变化。结果益气活血中药治疗2月后，血小板表面活性标志蛋白CD62p、PAC-1表达率下降，与自身治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论益气活血中药对老年冠心病患者有较好的抗血小板活化作用。

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on Platelet Activation in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on platelet activity in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Seventy five elderly patients with CHD were randomly divided into the control group （35 cases） and the treating group （40 cases）. Conventional western medicine was given to both the groups. At the same time, the treating group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction additionally. The expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p and platelet activation glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa （PAC-1） before and after treatment were detected in both groups. Result After two months of treatment, the expression rate of CD62p and PAC-1 in the treating group was significantly decreased comparison to before treatment and control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has good effect of inhibiting platelet activation.
