| 摘 要： | 目的观察清咽开胃含片的润肠通便作用.方法在复方地芬诺酯致小鼠肠蠕动抑制模型上观察其对小鼠小肠推进率、排黑便时间和6 h内排黑便的粒数及重量.结果经口给予小鼠清咽开胃含片0.8 g/kg和2.4 g/kg剂量,能显著提高肠蠕动抑制模型小鼠的小肠推进率(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),显著缩短便秘模型小鼠排首粒黑便时间,增加排黑便的粒数(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);2.4 g/kg剂量能显著增加便秘模型小鼠的排便重量(P＜0.05).结论清咽开胃含片有润肠通便作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Qingyankaiwei tablets on moisturizing intestine and relaxing the bowels. Method Models of mice with inhibited peristalsis were made, and the effect of the tablets on small intestine propelling rate in mice, the time to excrete black faeces and the number and weight of faeces granules in six hours were observed. Result Orally giving mice Qingyankaiwei tablets 0.8 g/kg and 2.4 g/kg could obviously raise small intestine propelling rate in models of mice with inhibited peristalsis, remarkably shorten the time for constipated mice model to excrete first black faece granule and increase the number of black faece granules. The dosage of 2.4 g/kg could significantly increase the weight of faeces excreted by constipated mice models. Conclusion Qingyankaiwei tablets have the effect of moisturizing intestine and relaxing the bowels. |
