缬沙坦对心衰患者心功能及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的影响

目的:观察缬沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)前后心功能及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的变化。方法:48例CHF患者均口服缬沙坦,80mg/d,疗程12周,比较治疗前后心功能指标变化,并检测治疗前后肾素、血管紧张素及醛固酮的含量。结果:所有患者治疗后的血压及心率都在正常范围(P<0.01);治疗后左室收缩末内径(LVEDs)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排出量(CO)、心脏排血指数(CI)等心功能指标均获改善(P<0.01);治疗后肾素、血管紧张素较治疗前升高(P<0.05),而醛固酮水平降低(P<0.01)。结论:缬沙坦对CHF心功能有较好的改善作用,其机制可能是通过调节RAAS功能的平衡而实现的。

The Influence of Valsartan on the Heart Function and Rennin-Angiotonin-Aldosterone System in the Chronic Heart Failure Patients
