湿润烧伤膏治疗小腿骨折术后并发溃疡的护理体会

目的：总结湿润烧伤膏在治疗小腿骨折术后并发溃疡的临床护理经验。方法：回顾分析我科2年来对5例小腿骨折术后并发溃疡病人全程规范应用湿润烧伤膏治疗效果和护理经验，采用暴露与半暴露相结合的治疗方法，规范护理换药技术。结果：5例病人创面全部愈合，创面愈合时问最短20天，最长35天，创面均达到生理性愈合，无瘢痕，色素沉着变淡。结论：湿润烧伤膏治疗小腿骨折术后并发溃疡，能明显控制创面感染，改善局部血运，促进肉芽组织与皮肤再生，对血运障碍引发的顽固性溃疡疗效显著。

Nursing experience in treating ulcerated wounds post open reduction of shank fracture with MEBO

Objective: To sum up the experience in nursing patients with ulcerated wounds post open reduction of shank fracture treated with MEBO. Method: A retrospective analysis of 5 cases of this disease treated with MEBO in the past 2 years was made. MEBO was applied in exposed or semi - exposed way, according the standardized method of application. Result: All the wounds were healed. The short- est wound healing time was 20 days and the longest 35 days. All the wounds healed physiologically without scar formation. Pigmentation was very slight. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious for treating olcerated wounds post open reduction of shank fracture. It can control wound infection, improve local blood circulation, promote granulation and skin regeneration. MEBO is effective in treating refractory ulcer due to blood circulation disturbance.
