摘    要:目的Collectrin为新近克隆的肾脏特异性表达基因.该研究观察Collectrin在不同种属(人类、大鼠和小鼠)肾脏组织中的分布和表达,为探讨Collectrin的生物学功能奠定基础.方法采用原位杂交及免疫组化染色检测其在不同种属肾脏组织中的定位表达.结果人和大鼠Collectrin基因及蛋白产物主要在肾脏集合管细胞表达,与既往在小肾组织中的研究结果一致,除此而外,人和大鼠Collectrin在肾远曲小管细胞中也有表达.结论在人、大鼠与小鼠三个不同种属中Collectrin主要定位表达在肾脏集合管细胞.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the localization of the novel gene collectrin in mouse, rat and human kidneys. Methods: The localization of collectrin mRNA and protein was observed by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining, respectively. Results: Collectrin mRNA and protein were mainly localized to collecting duct in rat and human kidneys. It was consistent with the previous finding in mouse. Moreover, collectrin was also observed in distal tubules in rat and human kidneys. Conclusion: Collectrin mainly exists in the collecting duct in mouse, rat and human kidneys.
