| 摘 要： | 研究了亚硒酸钠对亚砷酸钠诱发的小鼠植入前胚胎微核率的影响。结果表明0.2,0.4.0.6mg/kg体重浓度的亚砷酸钠显著增高小鼠植入前胚胎微核率,硒降低砷诱导的微核率。

| Abstract: | The influence of sodium selenite on sodium arsenite-induced micronuclei in pre-impantation mouse embryos was studied. The results showed that sodium arsenite significantly induced micronucleus frequency in pre-implantation mouse embryos in vivo when injected in concentration of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 mg/kg body weight. Selenium may reduce the micronucleus frequency in pre implantation mouse embryos induced by arsentite. |
