无扩张管的鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔开窗术的的临床探讨

目的探讨无扩张管的鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔开窗术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法对攀枝花学院附属医院2008年来开展的无扩张管的鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔开窗术治疗慢性泪囊炎患者25例（30眼）患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察其临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果本组患者治愈率90％（27／30），好转率6．67％（2／30），无效率3．33％（1／30），总有效率96．67％（29／30）。1例无效者经清除肉芽后症状消失，泪道通畅，所有患者均经6个月以上随访，无并发症发生，效果满意。结论本术式方法简单、疗效显著，安全性好，在基层医院容易开展。

Clinic Investigation of Dacryocystorhinostomy by Nasal Endoscope Without Silicone Pipe for Expansion.

Objective To analyze the curative effect and safety of dacryocystorhinostomy implemented by nasal endoscope without silicone pipe for expansion apply in the chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A retrospective method was used to analyse the data of 25 patients （30 eyes） who treated by dacryoeystorhinostomy implemented by nasal endoscope without silicone pipe for ex- pansion actualized inthe affiliated hospital of Panzhihua university since 2008 to observe the effect and complications of the dacryo- cystorhinostomy by nasal endoscope without silicone pipe for expansion. Results 27eyes （90%） were cured, 2 eyes（ 6. 67% ） were improved, one eye （3.33 % ） was invalid, the total effective rate was 96. 7%. The clinical symptoms disappeared and lacri- mal duct became unobstructed after removing the granulation tissue of the 1 invalid case. The follow up more than six months showed that no complications took place, and the clinical effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The surgical method is simple, ef- fective and safe. The clinical effect is notable and easy to be carried out in to the primary hospitals.
