| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性胰腺炎临床诊治方法.方法:回顾分析诊治62例急性胰腺炎.结果:并发切口感染3例;切口裂开1例;肺部感染2例;腹腔脓肿2例;多器官功能不全综合征2例;治愈61例,死亡1例.结论:急性胰腺炎采用综合性治疗,水肿型非手术治疗为主,胆源性早期手术治疗为主.重症急性胰腺炎采用积极非手术治疗,症状无改善可早期手术,减少并发症,降低病死率.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical treatment methods of severe acute panceatitis. Methods To review and analyse 62 cases of severe acute pancreatitis.Results 3 cases of multiple infection, 1 case of cutting split, 2 cases of lung infection, 2 cases of abdominal abscess, 2 cases of MODS, 61 cases of cure and 1 case of death. Conclusion Multiple-treatment on severe acute pancreatitis, non-surgical cure on dropsical pancreatitis,and positive on SAB, and surgical should be used earlier on the patient without improved symptom, in order to cut down the death rate. |
