| Abstract: | Abstract:Pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy are the important parts of surgical treatment of cervical cancer.But there are still some concerns about the lymph node dissection like： how to judge the extent of pelvic lymphadenectomy? When to choose the para-aortic lymphadenectomy and what’s the sentinel lymph node’s effect in the treatment of cervical cancer? We will discuss the questions in the following paper. |
