视网膜光损伤的研究进展

摘    要:视网膜是接受光能、产生视觉的重要组织结构,但视网膜也是眼组织中最易受光损害的部位。当光强度或光照时间等超过了视网膜的防御能力,就会造成视网膜损伤。过多的光照射在AMD的形成和发展中起着非常重要的作用。实验研究发现不同的光损伤动物模型表现出视网膜不同的形态改变,损伤程度与多因素相关,如:光照强度、照射时间、模型物种等。视网膜光损伤致病及其防御机制的研究是目前眼科领域的一个重要研究课题。现对视网膜光损伤的相关研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Exposure to high energy radiation within the visible spectrum of light causes photochemical damage and an increase in the phagocytosis of outer photoreceptor segments by the retinal pigmented epithelium, causing morphological changes in the retina. Excessive light exposure plays an important role in the development and progression of age-related macular degeneration. Various experimental studies have demonstrated that the retina can be damaged by the effect of light in different animal models, showing various morphological patterns. Furthermore, these patterns may vary according to light intensity, exposure time and species. The mechanical and protective study on retinal light damage is now a crucial research topic in this field. This paper reviews the relevant research.
