视网膜色素上皮细胞在近视发病机制中的作用

摘    要:视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞作为眼内重要细胞组成,在近视形成过程中起重要作用,并受到多种因素的影响。“视网膜局部调控学说”认为,RPE细胞在近视发生过程中能够接受一级近视信号因子作用,并产生二级信号因子作用于下游传导通路。因此,通过对RPE细胞信号通路进行研究,可以深入了解近视的发病机制。现从RPE细胞形态学结构、神经递质及细胞受体、细胞因子、离子通道等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells, which are the important cells in the eye, are affected by many factors and are likely to play a critical role in the formation of myopia. Therefore, the study of the various signaling pathways of RPE cells has profound significance in the pathogenesis of myopia. This review describes progress in research, which explains the morphology, neurotransmitters, receptors, cytokines and ion transporters of RPE cells in myopia.
