2007～2008年龙岩市某煤矿142名井下工人心电图检查结果分析

[目的]了解龙岩市某煤矿工人健康的危害情况。[方法]2007~2008年对龙岩市某煤矿井下作业工人142名进行心电图检查,并选择不接触有害因素的145名进行对照。[结果]心电图异常检出率,接触组为59.16%,对照组为34.48%(P0.01)。其中,窦性心动过缓、左室高电压检出率,接触组分别为25.35%、21.83%,对照组分别为8.97%、8.28%(P0.01)。接触组心电图异常检出常率,30岁、30~39岁、≥40岁的分别为71.93%、67.86%、41.38%(P0.05);工龄5年、5~14年、≥15年的分别为57.45%、74.07%、41.46%(P0.01)。[结论]长时间在井下作业可造成心电图的异常改变,年龄大、工龄长者异常改变尤为严重。
