| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨桡神经深支出旋后肌管后的解剖学特点,为临床手术提供定位方法。方法:在44侧上肢标本上观测桡神经深支出旋后肌管后其主干和各肌支的走行、各肌支发出顺序及体表定位。结果:各肌支的发出顺序不恒定,存在交叉;其主干和各肌支均位于肱骨外上髁、尺骨茎突、桡骨Lister结节三点连成的“骨间后三角”内,其起点距肱骨外上髁(6.7±0.5)cm;主干与“骨间后三角”的中线远侧3/4基本吻合。结论:骨间后三角”远侧3/4可作为桡神经深支管后段的体表定位区,该部位深达肌层的损伤均应行手术探查。
