肝素治疗肺心病合并呼吸衰竭48例疗效分析

目的:探讨肝素治疗肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:48例肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者被随机分为试验组(25例)和对照组(23例),对照组均给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予肝素治疗。结果:两组在总有效率、显效率、死亡率、血气分析指标等方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:肝素结合基础治疗应用于冠心病心力衰竭患者,能显著提高疗效和存活率,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The clinical effect analysis on heparin used in 48 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure

Objective To explore the curative effect of heparin used in pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods 48 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure were randomly divided into experimental group （25） and control group （23）.Control groups were given routine treatment,and experimental group were added to heparin therapy on base of control group.Results The total effective rate,excellent rate,death rate and indexes of blood gas analysis in two groups showed significant difference,experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Heparin combined with routine therapy used in pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure,can significantly enhance clinical effect and survive rate,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
