瘤果紫玉盘叶中的黄酮类成分

摘    要:目的研究瘤果紫玉盘(Uvaria kweichowensis)的化学成分,为阐明其活性成分,开发其资源提供科学依据。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从瘤果紫玉盘叶中分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(Ⅰ)、山奈酚(Ⅱ)、大豆苷元(Ⅲ)、黄芩苷(Ⅳ)、山奈酚3O芸香糖苷(Ⅴ)、芦丁(Ⅵ)、山奈酚3OβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从紫玉盘属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Uvaria kweichowensis.Methods Various column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification of the principles.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences.Results Seven flavonoids were obtained and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ),kaempferol(Ⅱ),daidzein(Ⅲ),scutellarin(Ⅳ),kaempferol-3-O-rutinosid(Ⅴ),rutin(Ⅵ),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅶ),Conclusions All these compounds are isolated from Uvaria genus for the first time.
