Abstract: | No reports of vasovagal reflex activity during robotic‐assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy (RALH) exist. We present a case of a woman who underwent a RALH for a uterine myoma with uterine adenomyosis. A lack of tactile feedback and a traction force sensor create unique risks of robot‐assisted surgery. Anesthesiologists should be aware of these risks. |
