| 摘 要： | 目的评价住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂（PPls）的应用情况及趋势。方法对医院住院患者2009年至2011年注射用PPIs的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）7k．日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性分析。结果从注射用PPIs的销售金额构成比来看，泮托拉唑所占比例最大，每年均在45％以上；从单品种药物来看，3年总销售金额前3位排序是泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑、埃索美拉唑；从DDDs排序来看，3年排序均为奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、埃索美拉唑。结论该院住院患者注射用PPIs的应用基本合理，但仍存在不合理用药现象，值得改进。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application tendency of PPIs injection in the inpatients of our hospital. Methods The utilization of PPIs injection in the inpatients of our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed retro spectively in respect of consumption sum, I）DDs and DDC,etc. Results Pantoprazole took the biggest proportion in term of constituent ratio of consumption sum, at least 45% every year. Pantoprazole,omeprazole and esomeprazole got the first 3 place in respect of total consumption sum of 3 years. Omeprazole, pantoprazole and esomeprazole got the front positions in the DDDs. Conclusion The use of PPls injection in the inpatients of our hos- pital was reasonable on the whole,but there are some phenomenas of irrational drug use. |
