QCC在慢性风湿免疫系统疾病病人护理中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在慢性风湿免疫系统疾病病人护理中的应用效果。方法以风湿免疫科一组为对照组，二组为实验组。在二组组建品管圈活动小组，针对存在的问题进行讨论并制定解决措施。将实验组和对照组活动前后的护理工作满意度及护理质量综合考评得分进行比较。结果活动前实验组和对照组护理工作满意度和护理质量考核得分无显著差异（P＞0.05），对照组活动前后护理工作满意度和护理质量考核得分无显著变化（P＞0.05）；实验组活动后护理工作满意度有显著提高（P＜0.05），护理质量考核得分显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论品管圈活动能够提高护理工作质量及护理工作满意度，值得广泛推广。

Application of Quality Circle Control in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Rheumatoid Immune System Disease

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on improving the nursing quality in the department of rheumatology and immunology. Methods In department of rheumatology and immunology, took its sub-department A of as the control group while sub-department B as the treatment group. Quality control circle was set up in the sub-department B and developed solutions based on the discussion about current problems. Compare the assessment result of patient satisfaction and nursing quality between the two groups before and after conducting quality control circle. Results There＇s no significant difference in terms of the assessment results of patient satisfaction and nursing quality between the two groups before conducting quality control circle（P〉0.05）. There＇s no significantly difference for the control group in the assessment results before and after conducting quality control circle（P〉0.05）. The assessment results for the treatment group were significantly improved after conducting quality control circle（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle could improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, which is worth being popularized.
