中药内服辨证治疗慢性湿疹39例

目的观察并探讨口服、外涂药物联合自拟中药汤剂加味辨证治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2011年7月至2012年10月慢性湿疹患者76例，随机分为治疗组（n=39）与对照组（n=37），对照组予口服甘草酸苷胶囊与外涂复方地塞米松软膏治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟湿疹中药汤剂加味辨证治疗，疗程4周。对比两组患者治疗前后症候指数评分与临床疗效。结果治疗4周后，两组患者皮损、瘙痒、渗液均有所改善，治疗组症候指数评分为（3．43±0．59）分，明显低于对照组的（4．52±0．67）分（P〈0．05）；治疗组治愈率33．33％，总有效率为94．87％，均高于对照组的13．51％和75．68％（P〈0．05）。治疗中。两组患者均未出现肝肾功能异常等不良药物反应。结论中药内服辨证施治慢性湿疹具有清热解毒、抗风祛湿功效，能进一步增强慢性湿疹的治疗效果。

Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine for Dialectically Treating 39 Cases of Chronic Eczema

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine by oral administration and external application combined with modified self- drafted Chinese medicine decoction in the dialectical treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 76 cases of chronic eczema from July 201l to October 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（n =39） and the control group（ n = 37）. The control group was given oral Glycyrrhizin Capsules and Cmpound Dexamethasone Ointment by external application, while on this basis the treatment group was added with modofied self- drafted Chinese medicine decoction for the dialectical treatment, the course of treatment was 4 weeks. The symptoms score and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After 4- week treatment, the skin lesions, itching and oozing in the two groups were alleviated, the symptoms score of the treatment group was （3.43 ±0.59）, which was significantly lower than （4. 52±0.67） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The cure rate was 33.33% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 94.87%, which were higher than 13.51% and 75.68% of the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; the two groups did not appear the adverse reactions of hepatorenal dysfunction, etc. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine by oral administration for di- alectical therapy in treating chronic eczema has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification, withstanding wind and dispelling mois- ture, and can further enhance the therapeutic efficacy of chronic eczema
