不同年龄段缺血性脑血管病患者动脉狭窄的分布及特征

目的探讨动脉粥样硬化缺血性脑血管病患者动脉狭窄的分布及特征。方法采取连续主动脉弓＋全脑血管造影对120例成年缺血性脑血管病变患者进行检查,其中40例青年组,40例中年组,40例老年组,对脑血管动脉狭窄的分布及特征进行观察。结果 120例缺血性脑血管病患者中,颅内动脉狭窄为85.0%,显著高于颅外动脉狭窄发生率。青年组发生单纯颅内动脉狭窄占较大比重,其高发于大脑动脉;中年组和老年组患者颅内、外动脉狭窄并存的比例较高。颅外动脉病变发生率会随着年龄增加而不断增加（P〈0.05）。结论动脉粥样硬化性缺血性脑血管病变患者,颅内动脉狭窄发生率显著高于颅外动脉狭窄,且脑动脉狭窄分布具有年龄特征性。

Distribution and characteristics of artery stenosis in atherosclerotic ischemic cerebrovascular patients

Objective To investigate the distribution and characteristics of artery stenosis in atherosclerotic ischemic cerebrovascular patients.Methods Using the method of continuous aortic arch and cerebral angiography to examine 120 ischemic cerebrovascular pathological changes adult patients, which were divided into three groups, youth group, middle-aged group and elderly group, each group with 40 patients. Results In these 120 ischemic cerebrovascular patients, intracranial artery stenosis was 85.0%, which was obviously higher than extracranial artery stenosis. The simple intracranial artery stenosis of the youth group accounted for a larger proportion, which was higher than cerebral arteries. The middle-aged group and elderly group accounted for a higher proportion in the coexistence of intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis coexist. Extracranial arterial disease increases with increasing age（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with atherosclerotic ischemic cerebrovascular disease have higher intracranial artery stenosis than extracranial artery stenosis, and the distribution of cerebral artery stenosis has age characteristics.
