我院老年科抗菌药物合理应用的综合干预效果分析

目的考察抗菌药物整治活动后医院老年科抗菌药物应用情况的变化，并分析综合干预后的效果。方法利用医院信息系统数据，按抗茵药物分级管理分类系统统计老年科病房2010年至2012年的抗茵药物使用频度（ODDs）、金额及抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）等数据。结果通过综合干预，抗茵药物使用强度及使用金额均显著下降；限制使用级抗茵药物金额占全部抗菌药物金额比例逐年下降，特殊使用级抗茵药物比例有增加趋势；3年中注射用头孢米诺钠DDDs始终排名第一，含酶抑剂的β-内酰胺类注射剂逐年降低，头孢呋辛酯片排名上升明显。结论经综合干预老年科抗茵药物应用变化显著，并趋于合理。

The Effect of Comprehensive Intervention on Rational Use of Antibiotics in Department of Geriatrics

Objective To investigate the changes of antibiotics use in department of geriatrics after antibiotics cleaning up activity and analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention. Methods With HIS system＇s data,we get the statistics of the antibiotics DDDs,amount and AUD from 2010 to 2012 in gerontal department of geriatrics,according to antibiotics classification management system. Results Through nearly three years of comprehensive intervention, AUD and amount of antibiotics are remarkably getting lower. The ratio of lim- ited-use level antibiotics to all antibiotics decreases year by year, and special-use level antibiotics ratio increases year by year. Cefminox Sodium for injection DDDs has always ranked first for three years,while containing enzyme inhibitor of beta lactam in- jection reduces year by year and Cefuroxime axetil tablets moves up significantly. Conclusion The antibiotics use in department of ~eriatrics changes siznificantlv and becomes rational after comnrehensive intervention.
