摘    要:目的 改进呋喃西林溶液的制备方法并评价其稳定性.方法 以呋喃西林为主药,加入氯化钠调节渗透压,以紫外分光光度法测定呋喃西林的含量,采用经典恒温法、自然留样观察试验考察其稳定性.结果 其含量的变化属一级降解反应,25℃室温时,分解速率常数k25℃=1.915 6×10-5/h,分解10%的时间为7.64个月;5℃室温保存不产生沉淀和结晶.结论 新呋喃西林溶液的有效期为6个月,5℃以上室温保存.

Abstract:Objective To improve the preparation method of furacillin solution and to evaluate its stability. Methods Furacillin was taken as the principal agent and sodium chloride was added for adjusting the osmotic pressure. The furacillin content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The classical constant temperature method and the natural reserved sample observation were applied to investigate its stability. Results The content change of the furaeillin solution belonged to the first- order degradation reaction. The decomposition rate constant k25℃= 1. 915 6 × 10^-5/h at the room temperature of 25℃. The time for 10% disintegration was 7.64 months. Storage at 5℃ had no precipitation and crystallization. Conclusion The expiration date for the new furacillin solution is set on 6 months for storage at the room temperature above 5℃.
