| 摘 要： | 目的 研究牛黄解毒散治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的疗效.方法 将106例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各53例.两组均进行常规手足口病治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予溃疡面涂抹牛黄解毒散,观察治疗后的临床疗效.结果 治疗组的总有效率为88.68％,明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,均无不良反应.结论 局部涂抹牛黄解毒散有助于小儿手足口病口腔溃疡面的愈合,疗效确切,值得推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of Niuhuang Jiedu dropping powder in treating oral ulcer of children with hand- foot- mouth disease（HMFD）. Methods One hundred and six cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, on the base, the treatment group was given Niuhuang Jiedu dropping powder in the ulcer surface,The clinical efficacy were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.68%, which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ P 〈 0.05）. Neither of the two groups has adverse reactions. Conclution The Niuhuang Jiedu dropping powder is conduciue to cure the oral ulcer of children with HFMD, which ia worth promoting in clinic. |
