复方麝香注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的系统评价

目的系统评价复方麝香注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法计算机检索关于复方麝香注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的随机对照试验（RCT），根据纳入与排除标准选择试验、评价质量和提取有效数据，用RevMan5．14软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9个RCT，包括752例患者。Meta分析结果显示，复方麝香试验组有效率RR=1．06，95％cI（l．01，1．12），P=0．03]与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义。西医常规＋复方麝香治疗急性酒精中毒在显效时间MD=-67．11，95％cI（-93．69，-40．53），P〈0．00001]和有效时间MD=-127．78，95％cI（-171．44，-84．12），P〈0．00001]与单纯西医常规治疗相比，差异有统计学意义。西医常规＋复方麝香治疗急性酒精中毒在显效时间上与西医常规＋纳洛酮治疗相比，其兴奋期的差异有统计学意义，但共济失调期和昏睡期的差异无统计学意义。结论现有研究表明，西医常规＋复方麝香注射液治疗急性酒精中毒疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗；在常规治疗相同的情况下，复方麝香注射液与纳洛酮疗效相似。

Systematic Review on Compound Shexiang Injection in Treatment of Acute Alcoholism

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Shexiang Injection in the treatment of acute alco- holism. Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCT） on Compound Shexiang Injection in treating acute alcoholism were retrieved by computer. According to the including and excluding criteria, RCT was selected, the quality was evaluated and the effecitve data were extracted for conducting the meta analysis by the RevMan 5.14 software. Results 9 RCTs were included,involving 752 patients. The meta analysis results showed that the effective rate of Compound Shexiang Injection had statisticcal difference compared with the control group RR = 1.06,95% CI（1. 01,1.12）, P = 0. 03 ]. The Western medicine routine plus Compound Shexiang Injection could significantly shorten the markedly effective timeMD=- 67.11,95% CI （-93.69,-40.53）, P 〈 0.000 01] and the effective time MD= -127.78,95% CI（-171.44,-84. 12）, P 〈 0.000 01],which had statistical difference compared with the simple Western medicine routine treatment. In the markedly effective time, the difference of the excitation stage had statistical difference between the Western medicine routine plus Compound Shexiang Injection and the Western medicine routine plus naloxone,but the difference of the dystaxia stage and the lethargy stage had no statistical difference. Conclusion The existing studies show that Compound Shexiang Injection plus the Western medicine routine therapy is superior to simple Western medicine routine therapy in treating acute alcoholism. In the same circumstances of the routine therapy,the curative efficacy of Compound Shexiang Injection and Naloxone is similar.
