雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松40例

目的 雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效.方法 选取医院2012年1月至2013年1月诊治的绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为对照组（抗骨质疏松药物）和观察组（雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物）,各40例,治疗6个月,观察和比较两组临床疗效、骨密度变化情况及不良反应产生情况.结果 与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显升高（95.00％vs80.00％）,骨密度明显增加[（0.8±0.2）g/cm2 vs （0.6 ±0.1）g/cm2],不良反应发生率显著降低（5.00％ vs 20.00％）,均P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 对于绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者,雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗可明显改善患者的预后,值得临床推广.

Clinical Efficacy of Estrogen Combined with Anti-Osteoporosis Drugs in Treating Postmenopausal Women Osteoporosis in 40 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with anti- osteoporosis drugs in treating postmenopausal women osteoporosis. Methods Eighty postmenopausal women with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomily divided into the control group （anti-osteoporosis drug） and the observation group （estrogen combined with anti- osteoporosis drug）, 40 cases per group, for treating 6-month. The clinical efficacy, bone density changes and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly raised（95.0% vs 80. 0% ）, the bone density was obviously increased[ （0. 8±0. 2）g/cm2 vs （0.6 ±0. 1）g/cm2], and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was significantly reduced （5.0% vs 20.0% ）in the observation group, the differences showing statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the postmenopausal women patients with osteoporosis, the treatment of estrogen combined with anti- osteoporosis drugs can significantly improve the prognosis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
