妇产科护士压力源状况及相关因素分析

摘    要:目的了解妇产科护士压力源状况并探讨其影响因素。方法整群抽取我县2家二级医院妇产科共75名护士作为研究对象。问卷包括:基本社会人口学资料,护理工作压力源量表,简易应对方式问卷,社会支持评定量表。结果(1)妇产科护士的主要压力来源以程度高低排序为:护理专业及工作方面的问题,时间分配及工作量问题,病人护理方面的问题,工作环境及仪器设备问题,管理及人际关系方面的问题;(2)不同年龄段、文化程度、职称、工作时间、人事性质的护士压力源总分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)护士压力源总分与消极应对方式得分呈显著正相关(P<0.05);压力源总得分与积极应对及社会支持显著负相关(P<0.05);(4)积极应对、主观支持、护师及以上职称是护士压力保护性因素,而本科及以上学历、消极应对是护士压力的危险因素。结论医院管理者应多关注年青及高学历护士的心理健康,帮助其建立良好的应对系统及社会支持系统,从而缓解其工作压力,提高护理质量。

Abstract:Objective To learn the nursing stressor in obstetrics and gynecology and discuss influencing factors. Methods A sample of 75 nurses of obstetrics and gynecology from two secondary general hospitals in our county was taken in this survey. The questionnaire included basic social demographic information, nursing stressor scale, simplified coping style questionnaire(SCTQ), social science research solutions(SSRS). Results 1) The findings showed that professional and career issues were the most frequently encountered stressor for nurses, following which in descending order were workload and time pressure, patient care, work environment, interpersonal relationships and management issues. 2) The score of nursing stressor were different when analyzing based on age, literacy levels, professional titles, working hours and personnel nature ( 〈0. 05);3) There was a significant (P〈0.05) positive correlation between the score of nursing stressor and negative coping measures. positive coping style. There was a significant (P〈0.05) negative correlation between the score of nursing stressor and positive coping measures and social support. 4) Multiple linear regression showed that professional titles, positive coping style and subject social support were the protective factors for nurses' stress while high literacy level and negative coping style were the risk factors for nurses' stress. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the mental health of young and well educated nurses. Hospitals should help them establish positive coping style and increase social support to alleviate their work stress.
