非甾体抗炎药不良反应报告分析

目的 分析非甾体抗炎药不良反应的发生情况及显著特征,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 统计近年来医院临床报告使用非甾体抗炎药后出现不良反应的病例137例,并对其临床资料进行归纳总结和回顾性分析.结果 在137份非甾体抗炎药不良反应报告中,21～60岁与60岁以上年龄段发生率高;给药途径以口服给药发生率最高;不良反应累及器官主要为胃肠道系统损伤、皮肤及附件损伤、肝功能损伤.不良反应涉及药物前3位的是对乙酰氨基酚、阿司匹林与塞来昔布发生例数最多.非甾体抗炎药所致严重不良反应以皮疹与肝功能损害为主.结论 非甾体抗炎药在广泛使用的同时存在安全隐患,临床需高度警惕,合理用药,以减少不良反应的发生.

Adverse Drug Reactions Report of Non-Steroidal Anti inflammatory Drugs

Objective To analyze the occurrence status and the apparent characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） caused by non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs（NSAIDs） to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods One hundred and thirty- seven cases of ADR caused by NSAIDs in our hospital in recent years were collected and their clinical data were performed the gen- eralization and summarization and the retrospective analysis. Results Among 173 cases of ADR caused by NSAIDs, the age groups of 21- 60 and 60 aboved years old had high occurrence rate; in the drug administration routes, the oral medication had the highest occur- rence rate of ADR; the ADR- involved organs were dominated by the injuries of gastrointestinal system, skin and adnexa and liver function. Paracetamol, aspirin and celecoxib were the top three drugs inducing ADR. The severe ADR caused by NSAIDs were mainly skin rash and liver function injury. Conclusion NSAIDs are generally used and the potential safety hazards exist. Clinic needs to pay high vigilance and conducts rational drug use for reducing the occurrence of ADR.
