复合凝乳酶胶囊与酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗儿童腹泻的疗效比较

目的比较复合凝乳酶胶囊与酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗儿童腹泻的疗效。方法选取儿童腹泻患者124例,将其随机分为凝乳酶组（n=62）和活菌散组（n=62）两组,两组患者均在常规治疗的基础上分别进行复合凝乳酶胶囊与酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗,并于1周后观察两组患者血浆血管活性肠肽（VIP）、神经肽Y（NPY）和肠黏膜5-羟色胺（5-HT）的变化情况。结果凝乳酶组治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于活菌散组的75.8%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在治疗后血浆VIP以及肠黏膜5-HT活菌散组明显高于凝乳酶组而NPY明显低于凝乳酶组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复合凝乳酶可通过升高NPY,降低血浆的VIP和肠黏膜5-HT提高对儿童腹泻的治疗效果。

A comparative study on the curative effect and mechanism of compound rennet capsule and clostridium butyricum viable bacteria powder in the treatment of children diarrhea

Objective To study the mechanism and curative effect of composite rennet capsule and scattered clostridium butyricum viable bacteria in the treatment of children diarrhea.Methods 124 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into its rennet group（62 cases）and living bacterium group（62 cases）, with the two groups of patients being given compound rennet capsule and viable clostridium butyricum powder respectively on the basis of conventional treatment, and changes of the NPY and VIP of plasma as well as the intestinal mucosa 5-HT were observed one week after the treatment.Results The curative effect of the viable bacterium powder group was obviously higher than that of rennet group（P〈0.05）; Plasma VIP and intestinal mucosa 5-HT of the living bacterium group were significantly higher than those of the rennet group after treatment, whereas the NPY was significantly lower than that of the rennet group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Clostridium Butyricum‘s viable bacterium can improve the curative effect of children diarrhea by elevating NPY and reducing plasma VIP and intestinal mucosa 5-HT.
