2002～2004年盐城市市区从业人员健康体检结果分析

[目的]加强食品与公共场所从业人员的健康检查，提高食品卫生质量。[方法]对2002-2004年盐城市市区食品及公共场所从业人员健康体检资料进行分析。[结果]检查33389人次，检出传染病病人和HBsAg阳性者641人，检出率为1.92％。检出率，2002年为2．30％，2003年为1．77％，2004年为1．72％（P〈0．01）；HBsAg阳性率为1．85％，细菌性痢疾患病率为0．04％，肺结核患病率为0．02％。[结论]从业人员体检合格率有逐年增高趋势。

Analysis on Medical Examination Results of the Employees at Urban Area in Yancheng City from 2002 to 2004

[Objective]To strengthen the medical examination of employees from catering and public sites in order to improve the health quality of food. [Methods]To analyze the medical examination results of the employees at urban area in Yancheng city from 2002 to 2004.[Results]641 infectious disease cases and HBsAg positive cases were detected out from the 33 389 employees. The average detection rate was 1.92% (2002,2.30%;2003,1.77%;2004,1.72%) (P<0.01).The HBsAg positive rate was 1.85%,and the incidence of bacillary dysentery and tuberculosis were 0.04% and 0.02% respectively.[Conclusion]The medical examination qualified rate of employees was rising year by year.
