Abstract:In order to study whether the thawed homograft could be recryopreservedfor clinical use, we conduct the present study to understand the changes in viability ofthe homograft after refreezing in six human pulmonary arteries harvested from braindeath health adults in 4 hours. The results or observing the cells growing and histologicexamination show that twice freezing human pulmonary arteries cryopreserves the viability, the normal cell growing by culturing, the normal tissue morphology, that the tissure thickness is a factor which affects the cell growing when komograft cyropreserved,and demonstrates that the techniques and the liquid protactant used are safe and suitable.
