| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨显徽手术治疗大脑镰旁脑膜瘤的方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析自2002年6月至2008年8月显徽手术治疗的36例大脑镰旁脑膜瘤。结果：肿瘤切除程度按Simpson切除分级：Ⅰ级切除28例，占77．8％，Ⅱ级切除8例，占22．2％。无死亡病例。术后36例均得到随访，随访5个月至8年，随访期内未见肿瘤复发。结论：应用显微神经外科手术治疗大脑镰旁脑膜瘤，肿瘤全切除率高，并发症少，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the method and effect of surgical management of cerebral parafalx meningioma. Methods： 36 cases of cerebral parafalx meningiomas were analysed retrospectively from June 2002 to August 2008. Results：According to Simpson , grade Ⅰ resection in 28 cases （77.8%）, Ⅱ in 8 （22.2%）, no death case was found. All cases were followed up 5 months to 8 years , no recurrence was found. Conclusion：Management of cerebral parafalx meningioma by means of microsurgery can improve the total resection rate and has less copmplications with good results. |
