细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因bcl-2和bax在胚胎停止发育绒毛组织中的表达

目的研究细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax在胚胎停止发育绒毛组织中的表达。方法采用TUNEL技术和免疫组织化学SP法对40例正常早孕绒毛组织和40例胚胎停止发育绒毛组织进行凋亡细胞和bcl-2、bax表达测定。结果胚胎停止发育绒毛组织中凋亡细胞显著增加，与正常早孕绒毛组织比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；胚胎停止发育绒毛组织中bcl-2表达低于正常早孕绒毛组织，而bax表达高于正常早孕绒毛组织，两者均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论胚胎停止发育绒毛组织细胞凋亡指数显著增加，且与bcl-2的表达呈负相关，与bax的表达呈正相关。

Expression of Apoptosis and the Related Genes of bcl-2,bax During Embryo Stopping Developing

Objective To reveal the expressions of apoptosis and the related genes of bcl-2,bax during embryo stopping developing. Methods With TUNEL technology and SP of immuno-histochemical method,the expressions of apoptotic cell,bcl-2 and bax of 40 cases,whose early pregancy chorionic tissues were normal,were measured,and of another 40 cases' chorionic tissues whose embryo stopped developing were also measured. Results Apoptotic cells increased in the chorionic tissues when embryos stopped developing.Compared with the normal early pregancy chorionic tissues,there were obvious differences(P<0.05);the expression of bcl-2 was lower than the early pregancy chorionic tissues(P<0.05);but the expression of bax was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The apoptotic index,when embryos stop developing,is greatly increased,and the bcl-2 expression is negative correlation,meanwhile the bax expression is positive correlation with apoptotic index.
