| 摘 要： | 目的探讨机械通气和利尿剂治疗肺挫伤的临床应用价值。方法对21例肺挫伤患者采用呼吸机正压通气和使用利尿剂后,观察治疗前后血气分析变化。结果治疗后PaO2及SaO2均明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论呼吸机正压通气和利尿剂治疗肺挫伤疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinic significance of ventilation with diuretic on contusion.Methods The blood gas parameters including PH,PaO_2,SaO_2,PaCO_2,before and after the utilization of ventilator were observed by positive airway pressure ventilation with diuretic in 21 patients with contusion.Results The values of both PaO_2 and SaO_2 greatly increased and the differences were statistically significant before and after the ventilation.Conclusion Utilization of positive airway pressure ventilation with diuretic contusion has a satisfactory therapeutic effect. |
