饮食管理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨不同饮食管理方法对乳腺癌术后化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响.方法 将207例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组102例,观察组105例.对照组给予常规饮食管理,观察组实施个体化的饮食管理.结果 观察组胃肠道反应(恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹痛、腹泻)发生率均低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗前后的体重、上臂围比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),前白蛋白计数比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者化疗前后的体重、上臂围、前白蛋白比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对乳腺癌术后化疗患者实施个体化的饮食管理,能有效地减轻胃肠道反应,提高患者的营养状况以及生活质量.

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of diet management on gastrointestinal reaction in patients receiving chemotherapy after radical mastectomy.Methods Total 207 patients receiving chemotherapy after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into control group(common diet nursing,n=102)and observation group(individual diet management,n=105).Results The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction(nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal pain,diarrhea) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The weight and the upper arm perimeter had no significant difference in observation group before and after chemotherapy,but the albumin had marked change before and after chemotherapy(P<0.01).Significant differences were found in the weight,the upper arm perimeter,and albumin in control group before and after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individual diet management for patients receiving chemotherapy after radical mastectomy can effectively decrease the gastrointestinal reaction and improve the nutritional status of the patients.
