洛赛克与莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良25例临床观察

目的 :为了观察洛赛克与莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照研究 ,4 8例功能性消化不良患者 ,随机分为两组 :A组即洛赛克与莫沙比利组 2 5例 (男性 13例 ,女性12例 ,年龄 35岁± 10岁 ) ,采用洛赛克 2 0mg ,口服 ,每天一次 ,莫沙比利 5mg ,口服 ,每天三次 ,共 2周。B组即雷尼替丁与吗叮啉组 2 3例 (男性 11例 ,女性 12例 ,年龄 34岁± 10岁 ) ,采用雷尼替丁 15 0mg ,口服 ,每天二次 ,吗叮啉 10mg ,口服 ,每天三次 ,共 2周。记录服药后两周症状改善情况。结果 :二周后 ,A组显效率为 72 .0 % ,总有效率为 88.0 % ;明显高于B组 6 0 .8% ,73.9% ;差异有显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。且A组上腹痛、烧心、上腹胀、嗳气、早饱、厌食缓解率分别为 91.3%、90 .9%、91.7%、81.0 %、85 .0 %、86 .7 %。均明显高于B组 6 9.6 %、6 6 .6 %、78.3%、72 .7%、73.3%、71.4 %。结论 :洛赛克与莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良有较好的疗效。

The clinic efficacy of losec and mosapride in treating functional dyspepsia of 25 cases

Objective:To evaluate the clincal efficacy of Losec and Mosapride in treating functional dyspepia.Methods:Forty and eight patients with functional dyspepia were randomly divided into two groups:A Group:Group Losec and mosapride of 25 patients(M13,F12, age35a+10a),were treated with Losec 20mg, po,qd;Mosapride 5mg,po,tid ,for two weeks. B Group:Group Ranitide and Motilium of patients(M11,F12,age34a+10a),were treated with Ranitidine 150mg ,po, bid,Motilium 10mg, tid ,for two weeks.the improving condition of symptom were recorded after two weeks.Results: After two weeks, In A Group,the clear effective rates was 72% ,the total effective rates was 88%; They were higher than 60.8%, 73.9% In B Group ;The difference was notable (P>0.05). In A Group,the total effective rates of Losec and Mosapride in treating epigastric pain, heartburn,epigastric fullness, belch, early satiety,anorexia were respectively 91.3%,90.9%, 91.7% 81.0% ,85.0%, 86.7%.They were higher than 69.6%, 66.6% ,78.3%, 72.7%, 73.3%, 71.4% in B Group. Conclusion:Losec and Mosapride were the more efficacious drugs in treating functional dyspepsia.
