胎儿畸形超声探测与产后对照分析

目的 了解胎儿畸形的发生率以及超声诊断的符合率，为早期临床干预提供依据。方法 采用彩色多普勒超声仪随机对5213例孕19～42周胎儿进行多系统的常规探查，所得结果与产后尸体解剖及临床对照。结果 共查出胎儿畸形221例，畸形率为42．39‰。胎儿畸形前5位依次为：胎儿水肿(27．15％)、体表(17、20％)、心血管(16．29％)、神经管(10．41％)、泌尿系(9．95％)。产后对照，畸形的超声诊断符合率达90％以上的有胎儿水肿、心血管、腹壁裂及神经管畸形。结论 胎儿畸形并非少见，超声及早发现对优生尤为重要。

Ultrasonographic exploration for the fetal deformity and post partum contrast analysis

Objective To understand the incidence of the fetal deformity and ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate,and provide guidance for early clinical interference.Methods Five thousand one hundred and twenty three fetuses of pregnant women during 19~42 weeks gestation fetuses were enrolled and routiney examined in each system. The results were compared with the autopsy and clinical aspects.Results The fetal malformation were found in 221 cases. The detection rate of fetal deformity was 43 39%,The fetal malformation in anteriorly five position in a name list were successively ,fetal hydrops(27 15%),accessory body deformity (17 20%),cardiovascular malformation(16 29%),neural canal deformity(10 41),urinary system malformation(9 95%),The accordance rate of post partum was more than 90%.Conclusions The fetal deformity is not very uncommon.Early ultrasongraphy discovery is of great importance for eugenics.
